Like many others, I have found myself to be working from home a lot since Covid. The new 'normal' sees me working a remote structure with a 60/40 split. Meaning I spend 60% of my time working from home and the other 40% at the office.
I have not invested in the best office equipment for home - like many others we scrabbled and started using whatever we had at home. I have been sitting on a dining chair for the longest time and felt that my back was carrying my load so I did some research and discovered the spine align pillow... Instead of purchasing one - I attempted to make my own and I couldn't be happier!

Below you will find the pattern - I truly hope it helps ou as much as it does for me. Enjoy!
What you will need:
Fabric (enough to cover the project - I used off-cut material)
Interfacing (if your fabric is flimsy)
Matching thread
Measuring tape
Paper for pattern
Pencil
Eraser
Paper scissor
Fabric scissor
Hand needle
Iron
The pattern:
I took two A4 papers and stuck the short edges together ( I didn't have enough pattern paper) then halved the page and drew a half circle at my desired size (I measured the seat of my chair) before cutting out the circle fold the page in half again and draw another half circle about 6cm wide. When complete cut out the two circles.
Lay the big circle on double-folded fabric and cut it out. Should you be using interfacing repeat the method.
Now put the right sides together and sew approx 80% of the circle, turn on the right side, and press flat. Now take your fabric and fold it in half then pun the smaller circle in the center and stitch around it. Add stuffing and hand stitch closed.
